  After a very rough start and issues I listed previously, they have come back and fixed everything with no charge and been very response and diligent. There was obviously a communication problem between their front desk and the technicians. I am very happy with the way they have resolved this issue and will use them again.
  
  I have had them out twice since 4/5/21 to fix a furnace. The last time they did a "patch" but needed to order a part and said they would be back in about a week. It's been 6 weeks. Our furnace is not working. I have called 3 times this week to ask about the part and if they can come back and fix our furnace. Was told by receptionist that she would have to check with Tyler on Monday. On Tuesday, I called back and she said she still hadn't received an answer from Tyler but she would call me when she did. Called again on Friday, they are not in, and still no word and no furnace. They have been great when they have come out before, but very frustrated with lack of responsiveness to a non-working furnace. At LEAST let me know if there is a problem with the part and what our next step is. But don't keep me waiting another entire week with NO WORD. Frustrating. No choice but to move on and wish I had not shown so much patience.

  These folks are professionals. Knowledge and service. They installed a new furnice in record time to accommodate my circumstances.

  Picture this: a 120 year-old split radiator supply pipe, in the furthest reaches of a crawl space in a beautiful historic building, on a Saturday, two days before forecasted sub zero temps.
