  We love our local independent bookstore, Books are Awesome. The owners are incredibly kind and helpful, offering suggestions and generally making the place feel welcoming. They keep track of family purchases and give a $20 credit for each $200 you spend. Their kids section is fun and engaging for our 3 and 5 year old, and the young adult section has great stuff for our teenager. For being a small, independent store they have wonderful selection and are willing to order items on request.
  
  And they have free cookies! This spot is a can't miss for book aficionados in Parker.

  I’m so glad a friend told me about this place. I didn’t catch her name but the person at the desk was really kind and helpful. I love that they have book clubs, maybe I can join one sometime. Seems like a great selection of different items!

  Great little bookstore with a ton of books for the little ones. The owner was especially sweet with our two kids. If you’re into Sci-Fi and Fantasy as well, you’ll find an awesome selection here.

  I went in looking for a cook book with local Colorado recipes for my travel collection of cookbooks. They showed me right where to browse and gave me 3 hyper local titles to consider. Set me up at a table to sit and peruse the choices which was nice. It's clean and bright with good organization. I ended up buying the current Junior League of Denver Colorado volume.

  Wonderful shop, excellent selection, and so much fun! I could spend an afternoon picking out gifts (and things for myself, too). Wendy was friendly and helpful! Will definitely be back many times!
