    I highly recommend Mitchell any day, he went above and beyond to get me the help and care I so desperately needed. Very respectful, wise, and patient this man is, and very thorough. After being hit by an 18 wheeler and hurt I was blessed to have this gentleman give me actual legal counsel compared to Mr. Texas Hammers team who had handed my case off to him. Also Glenda Rupert, his assistant Paralegal was phenomenal in her knowledge of the medical field side and legal side. Thank you so much for all the help.

    I hired Bailey & Galyen Attorneys at Law to take my case against a commercial company and they rejected the claim that was 2 years ago. Till I recently got a call from my insurance company advising that the third party insurance accepted liability I called Bailey and Galyen and they rejected again however they did refer me to The Abeita Law Firm to speak with Mitch he took my case and quickly gave me results and put $ in my pocket.
