  I took classes from Meghan for years and I cannot even stress how helpful gyrotonic was to my mind and body! I felt stronger after each class. She's welcoming, super friendly, and patient with you - which is a huge plus in my opinion. Highly recommend her!

  A dear friend brought me to my first class at Breathe Movement Studio just over a year ago. Since that day I've averaged three to four classes a week, so clearly I've found something that works wonderfully for me. The brightly lit studio is peaceful and clean. Meghan's a marvelous instructor. The small classes are well paced: an excellent mix of building a solid foundation of skills and being given new but achievable challenges. For two full years prior to attending BMS I had bursitis in my left shoulder. I'd been given steroid shots and PT neither of which effectively relieved my pain long term. After about three months my bursitis disappeared and has not returned. I now have full range of motion in both shoulders. My flexibility, balance, strength, posture, energy and mood have all improved. I heartily recommend this jewel.
