  Tara is high energy and wants to always fo what's best by her clients and make working out as fun as possible! The salt cave is amazing and we love sitting it in and feel amazing after being in there for just 30 minutes! The Pistachio shake is the absolute best and wish I lived close enough I would drink one everyday!

  Would give Wakeup Fit more than 5 stars if I could. Tara is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and kind. The salt cave provided a clean, calming and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, was an extremely wonderful experience.

  My daughter and I tried the cave today, and we thought it was so fabulous! I found it extremely stress-reducing...and she thinks her voice sounds better and is full of positive emotions. ❤️😊

  I was recommended by my allergist to try out a salt cave for my asthma and allergies.as I was on a mission to cut back on the amount of medication I take daily. I tried out this new salt cave and knew very little about it or what to expect before my first appointment. I was first greeted by Tara and Jeremy. They are both super friendly and knowledgeable. They had pamphlets that I could read and gave me a tour. The salt cave itself is clean, comfy and spacious.
  
  I decided to try it out and have been going regularly as I enjoy the benefits. My nose is open and I breathe and sleep a lot better. I use to come home from work complaining of headaches from my body reacting to the allergies. Since I have started it, my headaches have decreased substantially and I notice that I feel better overall. I did take a week off as life got busy and my coworkers noticed that my voice sounded different and thought I was getting sick, when in reality I hadn’t been to the salt cave that week. If you are an allergy and asthma suffered, you have nothing to lose.
  
  Overall great benefits, friendly people and clean atmosphere.
