This studio and it's benefits are priceless, it’s practically like having a personal trainer watching your every move. My body has completely changed with Janice. She really focuses on your movements, your body, your structure. I travel often and have been to several other studios, hands down, The Studio is my favorite. Other studios hardly have you stretch before working out. There's several classes to choose from which is so wonderful for keeping your body alert. I love her spin class and TRX will kick your butt! A must! Call Janice and you will wish you found her and pilates years ago. #Clydeafornia
