  This is an awesome place to go if you are wanting a personal workout regimen. The staff is great to work with, especially Beth and Karly!! They really know their stuff. I have never had anyone push me at working out like these two women. I always feel great after each workout session. Give this place a try, you will not be disappointed!! 👍😁

  I’m well into my senior years. I am also a caretaker for my disabled son. I found it getting harder and harder to lift him and get his wheelchair into the car.
  So I decided to go in for a free session. My trainer Beth was knowledgeable and caring.
  I told her while I would like to lose some weight, my main concern was getting back my strength. After a month I am doing both. I love being able to work out in privacy. Great place.

  It has been many years since I last worked out, so i was nervous to start. I chose NexGen to get me started because it was private. Beth and Lonnell are awesome and made me feel comfortable. I have been using them now for 3 months and my strength and health have improve dramatically! I might have quit after three weeks, but their encouragement and support drove me to keep coming back. They are creative with their workouts which keeps it fresh and fun. I highly recommend them to help you meet your health and fitness goals in 2019.

  I’ve decided to get myself in shape as I’m 50 and not very healthy. I decided to come here because it’s private. My trainer Beth is amazing! She pushes me as needed and always makes feel like I’ve accomplished a lot in my hour. I feel great physically and mentally! She makes me like I CAN do this! NexGen Fitness is my favorite place to be now!

  Nexgen is a great program! The people here know their stuff. I had a surgery last year and recently felt my physical therapy had done all it could do for me. My physical therapist recommended this location for personal training and I’m glad they did! I started following the Nexgen plan and starting seeing results in just a week. The initial assessment is comprehensive and state of the art. The workouts make me sweat but they don’t seem too hard. The trainers here know just how hard to push you to reach your goals while not burning you out! The program is complete with nutrition planning and tracking. The Prosper location is just getting started. So now is a great time to sign up before they get really crowded as I know they will!
