I started Tony's Total Athlete training a few weeks back and it's been awesome. I've tried every possible fitness training out there (from Crossfit, Orange Theory, Peloton, P90X, etc) in the past and I was so surprised at the difference I see in these classes. I'm in better shape than I've ever been and would highly recommend it. You won't regret it!
