I brought my first Honda 11 years ago when it was Ferndale Honda. Meet a gentle man by the name of CLIFF who works in the Customer Service Department. I say gentlemen because he has style. Over the years of having my car serviced there I must say it is always a pleasure to visit and see him. He is the bright spot in my day when I know my pockets will be crying. I want to say you can’t have any position without having personal contact, a little chatting along the way, and a great smile. To the gentle man with style CLIFF. Thanks😎👍
