Stellar customer service. Very knowledgeable and competent plumbers, who go above and beyond, with patience and grace.

My mother had an emergency situation today. The situation was made worse by someone who tried to fix it, over the course of 1.5 days.

Rex Plumbing came highly recommended to me. I was able to reach them immediately. The crew arrived at my mom's in approximately 20 minutes and, had the solution right away.

My mom was very stressed between the person who was already working on the problem and misunderstanding what Rex's crew stated to her. Rex's crew graciously left.

When I called to apologize for the confusion, they were very understanding. I was told to call them if we needed them, after they informed me that the person who was working on the problem inadvertently made it worse.

An hour later my mom asked me if I could ask them to come back because she still had the leak.

We were willing to wait until the next morning. Roy decided to send the crew back out right away. They repaired the pipe in less than an hour and even taught her what the other person did wrong. They continued to be gracious and understanding as she apologized for her stressed frustrations on their first trip.

It is very hard to find customer service, competence and professionalism like this these days. Now I understand why my friend highly recommended them to me. I too, highly recommend them.

If you’re looking to spend $20,000+ on a heating system that breaks within the first year, this is the company for you! As an extra bonus, They won’t service it or return your phone calls as well. Sarcasm aside, I hope this review helps prevent others from getting ripped off by this company! Rex’s Plumbing does NOT care about you or your home.

Gets the job done no matter the case. Fast and friendly.

I had my new toilet for 4 months and could not think who to call .Then a light bulb came on and called Rex. The job that was done was outstanding. I had used them before and all the times I used I was so happy with the work and the prices. Thank you guys very much.
