  not the worst place to work out, see a movie or mail something at fed ex. first floor parking kind of sucks tho

  Not bad......Early showings are cheaper /before 12 is$7
  Between 12p-6p is $9
  And after 6pm is $11
  they also redid there seats..and $22 for 2 lg drinks and popcorn is not too bad

  A great plaza with a good choice of stores from Trader Joe's, FedEx, Marshal, and so many more.
  There are 3 levels and all levels have free parking; you need to take the stairs or the ramps from one level to another and they are tricky, I’ve seen multiple cars hitting each other. It has 2, or 3 entrances and all has no gate.
  It's a clean plaza!
  Highly recommended!

  I visit Trader Joe's, FedEx, and Stretch Zone regularly. Service and attitude at all is wonderful. There's free parking with multiple entrances and exits to accommodate shoppers. Clean, safe, and convenient.

  We had a great time. From the ticket office, through the concession stand and the upkeep and cleanliness inside the theaters, we had a good experience. We definitely appreciate the five dollar ($5!!!) days. We'll be back.

3 reviews of The Terraces "Great plaza for those who live up in the PV area, but don't want to drive all the way down to Torrance to run a few errands. This plaza has everything with lots of parking. Get your workout done at LA Fitness or if you're feeling a bit lazy, relax and watch a movie at the Starlight Terrace! Hungry? Grab some groceries/food at Trader Joes or Saladish.
