  As ever, good bed, great room. This time it also had a fantastic and friendly staff member who kept me company at the bar. Thank you Premier Inn for being wonderful as normal.

  Stayed here on a recent visit to Twickenham not the most attractive building but as with most Premier Inns really good service helpful staff decent food pretty much exactly what you’d expect. £103 for a Saturday night is a pretty fair price I think and bonus you can park 24 hrs for £10. Highly recommended.

  Stayed here for 2 weeks on a business trip and found it comfortable enough. It’s 1-2 minute walk from the nearest bus stop so it was quite convenient. The only issue I had was the internet. It kept getting disconnected every 10-15 minutes so it was challenging to have work calls. It was ok for emails and regular browsing but inconvenient for virtual meetings. Otherwise, room, breakfast and location were good.

  Stayed in the hotel twice now. Good spacious rooms and overall a nice and clean hotel. One star less because on one of my stays the ac was not working properly. But overall good experience.

  This is a great hotel. The staff are lovely and welcoming. The rooms are nice, beds are very comfortable and the showers are decent. The location is good for transport with rail/tube stations being a short walk or bus ride away. Not much else in the area though, not that nice being just off the M4. But overall worth it. Plenty of parking space. Better than Kew Bridge Premier Inn down the road which had no parking.
