Started at University UC on Royalton rd. Had a persistent cough from a sinus infection. The money grabbing all female staffed bureaucrats there wanted me to get a chest xray before even seeing a Doctor!! Told me this at the window! Asked what it would cost my HC & they had no idea. Left; went to Cleveland Clinic UC doctor there said that that was unbelievable! After a quick exam ..put me on augmentin & said at this point a covid test was unnecessary (unless I really wanted it..I didn't) as my systems were on-going for over a month. Five star for CClinic UH thinks there more important than the patient & view them as a $ opportunity!

I went to the Cleveland Clinic Express Care for a quick visit, and by quick I mean before I even got done checking in they were calling my name to come back. I had the pleasure of having Theresa O'Malia as my Nurse Practitioner, and she was absolutely wonderful. She took her time with me and wanted to understand thoroughly why I was there. You could tell she cared, and you were not another patient. It was a very nice visit. I would recommend going to the Cleveland Clinic Express Care in Broadview Heights.
