  Did a cross country move with them. Pretty much the most cost effective option for DIY moving based on the research I did. They were super flexible with the pickup/drop-offs and everyone I worked with at U-Pack and ABS (the delivery company) were extremely professional and provided excellent customer service. Recommend;

  Recently utilized the ABF Trailer rental option for a move between Texas and Pennsylvania; everything went very smoothly. The equipment service was timely and efficient, the drivers were courteous and helpful, and the customer service agents were always responsive, well-informed, and very pleasant!!
  A huge advantage is that you only pay for the amount of space utilized in the trailer; no paying for unused space as with most all of the other container / pod services.
  I highly recommend using U-Pack / ABF for your next move; I know I will if I ever have to move again.

  U-Pack trailer is hands down the best pricing for a cross country move. The staff in Charlotte NC were very professional and helpful.
  
  I paid an extra amount of money to have a guaranteed delivery date so I could schedule local movers for the next day in Austin, Texas the next day.
  
  The trailer was delivered, but not the ramp. I was told the ramp would be delivered later in the day. I called at 4 PM to let the local office know the ramp was still not delivered. No answer and no way to leave a message.
  
  I then called the national number and the staff there were unable to contact the Austin office either. The national staff told me that I was not guaranteed a ramp. This makes the trailer delivery essentially useless without a ramp.
  
  Fortunately, the local movers I had engaged were able to provide their own ramp, but not every local moving company has a ramp since it’s typically provided with the truck.
  
  I was never contacted by the local office or the national office to follow up about my phone calls regarding the ramp.
  
  U-Pack worked well for us in the end but other people should know that the ramp is apparently not guaranteed.
