  Took the FIIT class with my girlfriend! I was a little hesitant as I’ve never been a person who likes to work out in hot rooms BUT it was pleasantly hot (dry hot) it was clean and very organized. The class was a gradual increase from beginning to finish starting with warm up moves and finishing with high intensity moves! It Definitely got me out of my comfort zone and that’s definitely where changes happen 👊🏻 I Loved the instructor she was very knowledgeable and loved that she explained why we were doing certain moves… she was very motivating. Absolutely loved it! 👊🏻🔥

  My first time actually trying yoga. This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had! Customer service is great and all the instructors are welcoming. I am enjoying all the classes so far. Thanks Yoga Joint team!!

  Doesn't look like much from the outside but its stunning, modern and clean on the inside! The staff is genuinely friendly and incredibly kind. Classes are great and the teachers knowledgeable. Very flexible cancellation policy even if you miss a class. Not all the classes are hot! Restore is very slow and cool in temperature. Love Yoga Joint Davie!!

  Such a great place! I have been eyeing this place for a while and finally pulled a trigger. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. You can choose a spot where you want to be during class which is amazing because i hate looking for a spot every time I come to class or have to arrive 20 min earlier to get the spot I want. Teachers are great and each one has their own style which is good because you don’t want to be going and doing same work out. Every room is heated but not unpleasant. Clean, safe and very welcoming space. I recommend!
