  I’ve leased a space at 71x for just shy of two years now. The common areas, conference rooms and the kitchen are all kept clean. Custodian services come by every night and empty trash and recycling in your office. Management is very accommodating and easy to work with. It’s also a very well thought out space. A lot of natural light and modern finishes. Feels like your working in a legit office building complete with your own thermostatic for your specific space. And they have addition perks like a well stocked fridge, microwave, a nice automatic coffee machine, snacks, plates and cutlery. But you’re also right next door to Raw Shore Bar if packing a lunch isn’t your thing, or if you’re looking for a spot to grab after-work drinks with friends or colleagues. All around great location and very convenient!

  The office is in a great location for people in South, Southwest, or West Austin. Lot's of services like stores, gas, restaurants close by. The office is well appointed and always kept very clean. Productive atmosphere. Friendly and supportive team manages the office.

  Very nice office. We are one of the first tenants and have loved the experience since day 1. No expense is/was spared when creating this environment. The kitchen is always stocked and clean same for the bathrooms.
  
  I would highly recommend this space to any person looking for office space in the Oakhill area. The other benefit is a quick drive to-from downtown via 290/71.

  Great office space, very clean facility. The girls at the desk are always welcoming and helpful. The owner is a nice guy that cares about his tenants. And best part is, the Shore restaurant is literally next door!

  Had the pleasure of spending a bit of time with 71Xsuites and have been really impressed with their facility. Very progressive with technology, and accommodating to business executives and entrepreneurs like myself. They have a solid, welcoming staff. 71X is a good addition to a growing community in Southwest Austin. I would highly recommend a tour.
