  Life-changer. The PT and the staff here are wonderful. After 7 years of lower back pain, five PT appointments have brought me to 90% well. I can sleep at night now instead of waking up in pain, and I'm not popping ibuprofen every day. It will take more time and exercises to get closer to 100%, but I'm sure I can.
  I have a list of people now who want to see Lindsy, the physical therapist.
  I highly recommend trying out this kind of treatment. I went to a sports medicine doc (Stebbing in Camas) who sent me on to Lindsy. Before that, I was just given drugs that made me loopy, and sent to a "back pain class" that said that the only cure was to "lean back." Neither were effective. So keep searching for help, and definitely try visiting a DO (Doctor of Osteopathy) rather than an MD, since they are trained more extensively in anatomy, and do physical therapy.

  I love Lindsy! She keeps me (and my friends) moving forward in our daily activities and athletic events, while progressing through our injuries. The hands on approach, strength & stretch activities, and education have been vital to 100% recovery. Hands down, the best physical therapist! I choose to stay on a maintenance program, which benefits me greatly. Because of Lindsy and her facility , I'm able to do everything in my 50s that I could do in my 20s.

  I saw Dr Lindsy for leg muscle pain. At first I thought it was my knee giving out. However, she diagnosed me more accurately. Dr Lindsy is extremely patient and was happy to answer all the questions I had regarding my prognosis and the treatment. In barely 2 months of treatment, her guidance has led me to be pain free. I'm back to running the distances and paces I had run before. I highly recommend her and her office for physical therapy needs.

  Highly Recommend! My husband and I have seen Matt and our son has seen Lindsy. Both are professional, caring, highly knowledgeable about their field, and were very invested in our recovery and well being. After one visit with Matt, he knew exactly what my issue was and how to treat it quickly. We've been to other Physical Therapy clinics in the Camas/Vancouver area and they do not compare. Thank you both for being so awesome!
