I have not personally worked with Alex but I came to her asking for a quote and information about her services. She was professional and included all the information I needed and answered all my questions. I chose to work with a different trainer for personal reasons but Alex checked up a couple months later and asked if I had any questions about the type of training I was looking for. I will definitely keep her in mind and I highly recommend someone who is kind and caring and respectful when they run their business even to customers who go a different route.
I've trained with Alexandra, the owner of AProPerformance, for over a year now. She is insanely well educated, she's had formal training from people who train athletes like Lebron James and Serena Williams. Since I started with her she's helped get rid of all my back and leg pain, along with 40+lbs. She's turned my life around and is always super helpful with anything I'm trying to accomplish, she also doesn't let me get away with slacking.
Would absolutely recommend, her assessments are super helpful as well.
