I have two dogs and I'll never go back to AnRus again, I took my dogs in for shots and nail trim and they trimed my pugs nails so short she would not stop bleeding there was blood all over not to mention the pain she was in and then they had the nerve to charge me $15 for the butcher job she did, I've never had this happen anywhere and would have least expected it from the Veterinarian herself.
