I can’t express my gratitude enough for the program that this treatment facility has to offer for an individual who is willing and ready to be free from addiction. I was alone & afraid. Hopeless & lost.
    Frustrated & altered.
The staff opened the doors to freedom the first day I arrived but I was blind and could not see this because I was to busy looking for all the bad things. Because that is what I was use to, Unaware of the help that was being given to me by this Heaven sent Facility. The staging/setup that this family orientated treatment facility
is awesome. I can say that it WORKS ONLY IF YOU WORK IT. I am clean and sober. Because the staff cares enough to get up and leave their families every day and devote their time to help out with the struggle of addiction. Thank you all who inspired me to know what it means to be free from a life of addiction. I really miss this place because of the way they made me feel while under going treatment.

Pillars has given me the opportunity to change my life around. The staff and people I got to be around made my experience more than enjoyable. I was provided with life skills and tools to become independent and relieve me from constant cravings and feeling of being trapped in my own head. Pillars has helped me branch off to a sober living and gain employment, the support they have to offer is there as long as you take direction and do what’s suggested you will 100% get out of it what you came for. If you are seeking a solid program, good support, and an introduction to a drug and alcohol free life, this is the place to be! Thank you pillars for everything you’ve helped me achieve! I would like to give a special thank you to the staff, therapists and case managers. They always keep your best interest in mind and advocate for your Wants and needs. The love and support is unforgettable.

I came into Pillars not knowing what to expect because it was my first time in recovery. I was pretty anxious. Pillars helped me save my life. The staff there is amazing. Special thanks to Erin, Jessica, Amber and the other nurses for making me feel comfortable and seeing to my needs. Also thanks to Michelle and Manny for being real and making it fun. Big shout out to Lorenzo, my case manager. Lorenzo really brought it, with step work, group sessions and one on one time. He was a good one to connect to, because he’s lived it and can share his story and how to heal. So if I could suggest to go anywhere, it would be Pillars in Costs Mesa. Lorenzo and the team there literally saved my life.

I was blessed to be at the out patient portion of Pillars. Like many others who suffer from Alcoholic disease I arrived after a mild at home detox but mentally and emotionally felt lost and not worth the time. Yet over time the the entire staff and groups helped to see there is life awaiting if you follow the process.

I only did the out patient program here, not the full residential detox so I will only be speaking to my experience with the out patient program.

I have too many good things to say about Pillars. The staff seems to genuinely care about each individual patient but they also won't sugar cote everything and tell you "everything's going to be alright". They have a great variety of meetings geared toward educating people about how to live a sober life, as well as fun little excursions. In my tenure, as a group we went to the beach to play volleyball and a trampoline park just to name a few.

They have even given me opportunities to go back and help people who are in the same exact situation I was. I don't know where I would be without Pillars, it was truthfully one of the best decisions I've ever made, and I hope you make it too.
