  My car was over heating and I took it in. I haven't had any issues since. These guys are honest and reliable.

  While at TCU, my truck engine began overheating. This was the first major problem I had experienced with my vehicle. I was nervous about bringing my car in because I do not know too much about my vehicle and replacement prices, but I also had to get it in quick because I needed transportation to get to my internship and my truck was not drivable. I took my car to Fort Worth Automotive because they were close to my internship. Despite having a full lot, they contacted me about my truck with a quote within day. While my vehicle took some time because of the winter freeze stopped part shipments and my cab had to be removed to fix the engine issues, I was kept up-to-date. The work was also finished within a shorter time span than expected. Steve was always willing to talk and great at explaining what was wrong with my vehicle. He made sure my cost was close to the quote, and my vehicle has not had a problem since!

  MR Steve the owner is TRULY an asset to the community of auto repair in the Fort Worth, Benbrook area. His expertise and extremely reasonable prices are phenomenal. I will definitely recommend his shop to friends in the Fort Worth Dallas area as well as the entire state of Texas. He and his techs are the best of the west hands down.   I took my vehicle in for transmission issues. I had to leave my car because it definitely needed a new transmission. They were super sweet and offered to take me home. They looked up our warranty information and also found a transmission for us which is amazing in the crazy time of everything being on back order. I had my car back in a little over a week. The customer service was wonderful. They communicated with us every step of the way. I will definitely take my vehicle back and encourage my family to do the same.

  I can not recommend Steve and his team of qualified technicians enough. After getting a very expensive and very incorrect assessment of problems from a reputable dealership in town, Steve was able to accurately diagnose my car. He saved me thousands of dollars, which makes a huge difference for me as a single mom and local business owner.
