  Dr. Dao was my first time trying any Chiropractic care, after hearing about the benefits. I went in for frequent neck strains and some lower back pain, nothing too serious. From the start I could tell how much he cared about his patients. He asked me many questions and really took time to figure out whats wrong using X RAYS and learning about my lifestyle, to pinpoint the problem and build a corrective care plan.
  
  From the start Dr Dao makes you feel like your at home and very comfortable. He is always very professional and loves to discuss and explain the science to you so you know exactly what you're getting in his care.
  
  Weeks out I definitely have seen improvement in my posture, my energy, and also my back strains have basically completely dissapeared.
  
  There are other protocols that are required for your success, which Dr Dao tells you very straightforward and provides you all the tools to alleviate any pain and make good posture a lifestyle.

  Hi my name is Lesley and the diagnosis, treatment and assessments that I received from Dr Dao were instrumental in helping deal with securing lower back pain that I had endured for almost a decade. When I came to Dao Chiropractic my lower back was in shambles and I could walk without pain in my back. Dr Dao had some X-rays done at his facility that same day and by the end of the next day informed me with images exactly what was going on. He setup an alignment and exercise plan specific to my needs and within a week of his treatments I was already start to feel improvements. Fast forward to a month later and I am now pain free.   Although Dr. Dao wasn't my first choice for a chiropractor, he was the best choice!
  
  I've had an issue with severe pain in my left arm, shoulder and neck off and on for the past 6 or 7 years. Earlier this year it started up again, but turned out to be much worse as the pain rendered my arm almost useless and was also accompanied by a very numb feeling from shoulder to fingertips, which I hadn't experienced before. This got me a little worried and after a week or so of no relief, I decided that I needed to see someone.
  
  The chiropractor I'd seen in the past for this really had never given me much, if any, relief, so I decided to search out another chiropractor. My sister recommended a chiropractor that had treated her after a severe car accident. I reached out to him, but found out that he had dislocated his shoulder and was not currently practicing. This turned out to be the best thing, for me anyway, as Yelp led me to Dr. Dao. Not only did he throw me for a loop with doing an interview, patient history and X-rays before treating me (makes sense now), but he is also leading me on a path to better myself physically. After the very first few treatments I was so much better. The butter-knife pain under my shoulder and constant aching was dramatically decreased. After a while he started assigning exercises to work my problem areas. Through these and the regular treatments I now feel so much stronger and more aware of my bad posture habits. Dr. Dao is also impressively knowledgeable about so many things and imparts that during visits.

  My experience with Dr. Dao has been great. He really cares about his patients and wants the best for them. He provides exceptional treatment and is always helpful. By coming to him the past few months I have experience a significantly lower amount of headaches and am starting to be able to sleep better.
  
  Even during the pandemic he has made sure to keep a clean environment to treat his patients by wearing protective gear and wiping down the table before each patient.

  I went to see Dr. Dao initially for back pain and tiredness. I had accidentally caught a heavy falling object and hurt my back. After that incident, I felt tired after standing for less than 10 minutes and had to rest often. When my problem did not go away by itself, I finally went to see a chiropractor. It was my first visit to a chiropractor. Dr. Dao took X-rays, and evaluated my condition. Aside from my back pain, he identified other issues he could address with chiropractic adjustments, and explained thoroughly how the treatment works and the expected outcome.
  
  He was able to fix my issues with back pain and tiredness - plus some other issues such as knee pain when leg is straightened - it's amazing! During visits, he makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. Dr. Dao definitely has great expertise, skill, and strength to perform manipulations. My adjustment sessions are smooth. Dr. Dao also recommended different exercises to do, to help maintain the results of his adjustments, to address other problem areas, and to improve my core strength. Today, I feel much better than before. I'm grateful to have Dr. Dao in our community.
