  Dr Bowers and his office have been amazing from the moment we arrived. We went to the wrong address parked in a huge parking garage stood in a line and realized we were at the wrong place after a two and a half hour drive. An hour later flustered and panicked I walked into dr Bowers office and the cute little black girl at the receptionist desk said honey everything will be okay, we will still get you in. Fill out these form and there is no rush. Instantly my blood pressure dropped. It was like she lifted me onto a cloud. Then the nurse there wow. He was super friendly and disarming. He felt like talking to a nephew. Dr Bower, just wow. He insisted that his staff sat while he stood when all chairs were taken. His body language was relaxed and his eyes and brain were focused on every word we said. He never made us feel rushed and he presented with a confidence that was worthy of a U.S. president. His demeanor and knowledge gives you every confidence in his handling of your care. This is what top notch looks like.

  Dr. Bauer and his NP had great bedside manner and were exceptionally competent. They were also very well dressed and I love that :]. My questions were answered thoroughly and I was given fantastic care. Thank you, Dr. Bauer!

  I met with Dr. Bauer this morning after a very scary prognosis of lung cancer and surgery. Fortunately I was one of the lucky ones with a very non invasive lung cancer and it was all removed with surgery. Dr. Bauer gave me the good news that no follow up chemo would be needed and the chances of a recurrence were 5% or less. He and his staff at Tn Oncology in Franklin were more than accommodating and pleasant. Highly recommend.
