  Very professional sets of people, truly cordial.
  My early take is that they must have respect for their employees to run this type of business 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri, for me that says a lot for me. Job details are clear, menu like cards with table of services and prices. Text, conversation are captured for both parties to address any possible communication issue.
  They are joy to work with and will recommend them to anyone needing detailing, ceramic coatings that I did. They earned my future business.

  Had my son's truck lifted here with a 6" lift. Went in for a 3" and after identifying what price range I was looking at, Carson spoke in detail about the mechanical differences and price points. So glad he did because we definitely would have wished we went with a bigger lift after spending money on the 3". What a difference! The truck looks great and we both are very happy! It was for the best price and best place around anywhere after a few months of research. Had some miscommunication issues at one point and Carson totally took care of the issue and stepped it up in a big way, while being humble, without hesitation. Good man right there! I am confident that anytime you or I bring a vehicle here, we will be well taken care of.

  Ask for Carson. I just had my first lift done on my new truck here. They made the process seamless and told me the honest truth about the products. Even when I had told Carson I was looking into getting a more expensive option he said I wouldn’t really need it and saved me a few hundred bucks. They are the best price in town by far and do good quality work. Keep up the great work there team! I will bring any and all of my trucks to this shop for a lift from now on and I will make sure everybody that I know that gets a lift done will take their truck there too.

  I have been wanting to lift my truck for a while. I have a 2017 Tundra. I am glad I found Carson at AI Offroad. The customer service was awesome. He communicated with me about what types of lifts, wheels and tires. Carson was very responsive to questions and with prices. I called all around town and could not beat the price. I could not be happier with the customer service and final product.
