  My experiences I’ve had with Jeremy are unlike any other. They’ve been the most helpful for me and I really appreciate his willingness to truly connect to a person. I have learned a lot about myself from him, and it’s almost magical in a way to me. He has absolute natural talent, like this is something he was born to do and the universe made sure he got the chance to. If you have any anxieties, this is such a safe space and a great start. I don’t respond well to traditional “therapy” and Jeremy has really helped me and so thankful because I didn’t know exactly what I was looking for but this was exactly what I needed. I love how energy based it is and am just very appreciative of every session I’ve had!

  I have done four sessions for somatic experiencing therapy with this practitioner and they are excellent. I feel safe, held and respected. If you are looking for this therapy with healing grief related trauma I highly recommend Jeremy. This somatic therapist has an excellent understanding of methodology and gets results fast. In a limited budget this has replaced my PhD level cognitive therapist.

  Jeremy was a real joy to work with. Attentive and comfortable, I really appreciated that my body felt relaxed in his presence. The work is subtle and Jeremy seemed to tune in to the nuances of energy in a masterful way. My system felt light and upbeat the next day and I was particularly interested in knowing more about how he affects Seratonin in the gut with his work. I will be back. Thanks Jeremy!

  Jeremy is a powerful and informed facilitator in the world of somatic healing. Through working with him I was able to see deep seated patterns in myself of how I avoided intimacy and connection. His Safe & Sound Protocol was surprisingly effective at stabilizing my nervous system over the 5 sessions. Would recommend.
