Haw River Flooring

Staff was super helpful, especially considering I wasn't planning to buy very much. Went in with a couple scraps of flooring and asked if they could match it up. I only needed several pieces, and the flooring was more than a decade old. It took a bit of time for the staff person to find it, but he was successful, and didn't seem put out by our request. We were charged quite reasonably, and gave the staff a tip.

My Kitchen floor is beautiful. The floor installer Mr.Isley was very informative as well as funny. I enjoyed the two days they spent installing my floors. I learned so much from both of them. First, Mike matched my existing hardwood with the new hardwood perfectly. Brent and Darrell exceeded my expectations in the install. Haw River Flooring delivered 200%. They have great products, sure. But, Flooring is so much more than product. The customer service is outstanding. The installation was fabulous. The men who put in our carpet were knowledgeable, polite, and concerned with my satisfaction. These men ripped out the old carpet and padding, and had the new padding and carpet down in one day!
