  We started our intial search for a new home 3 years ago or more. Ernie was very responsive, but we were not ready just yet. He continued to follow up with me over the last three years. He sent me various information to keep me informed about the market. I called him earlier this year and told him we were ready to sell.

  My house was on the market for over a year with another realtor. Debi was able to sell my house in just two months. She has a well -defined process that she follows and it works well. Debi keeps you informed throughout the entire process and is quick to respond to any questions or concerns you may have. There were multiple problems in arranging the closing because the buyers were from another state and decided at the last minute to do a virtual closing and not to do an in person closing. This affected the timing for both the sale of my house and the closing on my new house. Debi’s professionalism and experience came through as she coordinated all the changes necessary to ensure both transactions were completed successfully.   Ernest represented me on a recent investment property purchase. Although it was not a high priced property, he treated me as if it was a Million dollar home.   We called Ernest and the Prime Time Home Team to help us with our home purchase last year. Ernest was simply amazing to work with. He has an amazing working knowledge of the Tampa Bay Real Estate Market. He guided us through the whole process and made us feel like we were his only clients.   Ernest is a great agent, so professional, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. He helped my mother and I find the right home, and was extremely attentive to our needs. As a first time home buyer it can be intimidating, and confusing as to what to expect, but he explained everything and was always reachable, no matter the time of day. He would keep us updated on the newest listings and scheduled private viewings the same day I requested them. We never felt pressured to make an offer on something we were not completely sold on, and felt that he really cared about our success in finding the perfect house.
