  Their billing and payment processes are TERRIBLE, including they won't accept card payments, including HSAs. You're limited to checks. Be ready to put lots of time and effort in yourself to track and keep things accurate.
  
  That said, Carole High Gross is amazing. Loved working with her, and she helped me so much during the postpartum period. LOVE her!

  When I delivered my daughter, I was unable to even stand without the help of a walker. Janet came highly recommended by my OB, and she was absolutely correct. Janet has magic abilities (aka a ton of knowledge and experience) that have allowed me to get my life back. Even when she's "off", she teaches classes, takes classes and always stays informed. She is also just an amazing person to be around, honest and positive. She also has been more than accommodating, as have the other employees I've worked with from the office. The other review I just read needs to be taken down, as you must have confused this practice with another.
