  Delivery was great. Two guys put everything together and in the locations requested. Comfortable and firm seats. So you don’t get swallowed up by soft leather sofas. Look very nice.

  This is the first time we buy from Baer’s and we can say the service was excellent! From the Saleslady who helped us, Livia Lutti Schele, to the finance personnel, and the two gentlemen that delivered the sofa! The delivery dept gave us a constant update as to the time of the delivery which was as expected!

  My wife and I stopped just to have a look at the options available, to compare with others we had already seen elsewhere. The salesperson, Suzanne, was so kind and helpful that, in a short time, we made our minds and bought what we were looking for. The delivery went fine and everything else went according to the promises.

  Very happy with everything about our shopping experience at Baer’s! We had a super knowledgeable sales person - Suzanne! We needed some help and she smartly guided us in the right direction! Plus Baer’s was having their huge simmer sale which was amazing! Delivery was efficient. The tracking is perfect because you know where you are on the delivery route! Guys did a good job delivering! Over all very pleased!!!!
