  What an amazing team! I saw Jamie twice a week for about 4 months after my shoulder surgery, and I came out even stronger than before the surgery. He helped push me through my worst physical and mental barriers. Everyone here was friendly, compassionate, and determined to get me to where I wanted to be. I “graduated” from PT with the knowledge and exercises to continue my recovery on my own.
  It has been a little over a year since my surgery, and I’m still going strong thanks to Jamie and everyone at Performance!

  Performance PT has a great staff who lifts your spirits and takes a "no pain" approach to getting you back to your "normal" and beyond.
  
  Be ready to enter their seemingly "time machine" of physical therapy. You will have such a great time, while you're there, that you'll wonder where the time went.
  
  I have always come out of Performance PT better than before my injury and it's because of their dedication to my physical health and the whole experience while I'm there.

  Jen Hyde, the owner of Performance PT, has been my physical therapist since I had my knee replaced two months ago. If it wasn’t for her excellent care I wouldn’t be where I am today. I’m going back to work about a month sooner than the doctor originally planned. Thank you Jenn. I tell everyone about you!
  Also all of her assistants and the other therapists are wonderful, kind and take excellent care of you .
