  As a graduate student with little time and smaller budget, I spent all day Saturday going back and forth between dealers trying to quickly find a car suitable for me. I heard great things about Fred Beans Ford in Doylestown but it was a bit out of the way for me so I decided I would try out a few places around me first. Finally after having trouble elsewhere I decided to make a little bit of a drive the Fred Beans and it was WELL worth the trip. Before going, I called Fred Beans and spoke with Andrew over the phone who let me know that this vehicle was still available. As I arrived, he had already brought the vehicle around to the front and came out right away to provide me with any questions/concerns I had. He was easily the most helpful salesman I spoke to all day. The actual process of buying the car was almost fun and definitely easy (never thought I'd say that), everyone was very accommodating and patient. Highly recommend this dealership and the salesman I dealt with, Andrew!

  It's been over 6 months since I started my Ford Edge lease with Kevin Drucker. I would like to call out the fact that one of the main reasons I got this car was due to his top notch customer service. I had gone in with my mind made up that I was only going to LOOK at the Edge, to ensure I ruled out all other options before moving forward with a different car. Thanks to Kevin's thorough walk through of the car's features, his humor and honesty during the test drive, and the dealership working with me to get the car in my desired price range, I am so happy I moved forward with this car instead! I highly recommend working with Kevin if you are seeking a vehicle from this dealership, however everyone I've talked to there has been friendly and attentive.
