  Four words I've rarely used to describe an auto service: " What a GREAT experience!". From start to finish, Brooke and the staff at Infiniti of Ontario made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the few hours I was waiting for my Q60 to go though its 30k mile service. I was greeted quickly and moved to the waiting room while they got things going. I was also offered a ride back home but I had to work so I opened my laptop and hopped on a couple zoom meetings.
  
  The internet was stable and fast enough that I didn't run into any buffering issues. In between I filled up my coffee with the coffee machine they have. Its the same one thats at every higher end dealership, so nothing special but nice to have. The waiting area is bright and open. There's plenty of room so a lot of people can wait without running into each other.
  
  Brooke came by a few times and updated me throughout the whole process and offered me options that would both increase and decrease my expected costs. The information was conveyed well and never felt like she was trying to upsell me. It was a genuine attempt to inform me of all of my options and let me know the costs and benefits of each, leaving the choice up to me. I manage sales teams so I'm sensitive to being sold and how a salesperson goes about it, but Brooke was a consummate professional and someone who I would be proud to have on my own sales team.
  
  Finally, while service is incredibly important, so is the deliverable. When my car was ready, it was spotless and looked like it did when I bought it new. It's still sparkling a week after my service. So another thank you to the staff that cleaned my car and took the time to do it properly. They did excellent work and it doesn't go unnoticed.
  
  Overall, I would highly recommend Infiniti of Ontario service to anyone with an Infiniti. I also have an Audi and it took me 3 years and driving all over LA to find a decent service center...an hour away. Maybe I got lucky with finding this place on my first try with my Infiniti, but if you want to avoid the headache of dealership hopping to find a service center, go see Brooke at Infiniti of Ontario. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Brooke, the detail crew, and the Service Manager for hiring great people. What a great experience!

  They are awesome. I was having a hard time putting on my front license plate with the bracket that came with the car( It had to be drilled at the bottom. ) The service tech asked me if I had already drilled it, and I told him no. He said, "ok,asked for my Keyes and license plate along with the bracket. 10 minutes later, my front license plate, along with an Infiniti frame.

  If you want your car to stay super clean and running like new, than come thru and ask for Maritza or Keith. They will ensure your car gets the best treatment and even pick up your infiniti right from your driveway!
  My car has 100k miles but it runs better than the 10k miles I ran on it.
  Give them a opportunity, I am sure you will be very satisfied with they're l their costumer service and quality repairs. Tell them Juan sent, I am positive they will make you feel good and happy that you spent your hard earned money here.

  Louis in the parts department was very knowledgeable and 100% customer service. Appreciate his guidance. Got me everything I needed and more. Will definitely seek his expertise in the near future.
