Ms. Edwards and anyone else in her office that I have dealt with have been the perfect combination of professional and helpful, served up with small town, down-to-earth friendliness that comes from the heart, completely genuine. I feel like I'm communicating with long time neighbors though I'm not native to the area and have only been doing business with their office for about 6 years. As for Texas Farm Bureau as an insurer, no other company has come close to the rates they give me for the amount of coverage I have. I completely understand that every insurance customer has a unique set of circumstances and therefore no two people will get the same rate. I've had one claim due to my teen driver having an "at fault" accident. It resulted in moderate damage to both vehicles. TFB was not combative with the body shops involved and approved claims for a very thorough repair with all new parts. I would not want to lose my agent NOR my insurer. Finally, though not a farmer/rancher myself, I wholeheartedly support the mission and ideology of the Texas Farm Bureau Organization. I cannot think of another insurance company that I would rather spend my money with .
