  Russlyn helped us buy our first home a few years ago, and just recently had helped us sell that home and buy our forever home. Buying and selling can be pretty stressful, but Russlyn's professionalism made the process smooth. We never had to worry about deadlines, as she was on top of everything.

  My fiance and I were first time home buyers, but Russlyn helped us do it with ease. She is very thorough and careful to check for subtleties in the contracts. She also was willing to work late, at odd hours, or when she was on vacation. She helped us choose a good offer price and answered all of our many questions patiently. She sent us a detailed checklist after we were under contract regarding the inspection, appraisal, and documents that needed to be done.
