  Brian handled the sale of our Rocklin house and did an excellent job. He is respectful, responsive, knowledgeable, thorough and trustworthy. He handled the sale after we had left the Sacramento/Rocklin area and he made the process easy for us. He was always available to talk, kept us up to date about recent changes in the local market, made sure he marketed our home in every way, and was quick to clean up our home and yard and get terrific pictures taken. He worked closely with potential buyers and their agents to make sure we got the best deal.

  Brian's professionalism is second to none. His qualifications relating to every aspect of Real Estate is unmatched. My only complaint is I don't have anymore properties left to sell but I wish I could take Brian to other states for future purchases. In addition to flawless sales he found me an interim property to rent.
  This review is from Cindy, Kelly's significant other... It has been such a pleasure working with Brian. He knows how "to get it done". He always kept us updated and is very informative. Not only is he a consummate gentleman, but a nice human being. We honestly can't say enough kind things about Brian and his work ethic !!!

  Brian represented us in purchasing a home in Rocklin. We met him at a open house and he was super professional and knowledgeable of the area. He regularly checked in on us, our loan agent and everyone involved to make sure everything went smooth. Thanks for all the help and we’re loving our new home!

  Brian was amazing to work with. My wife and I targeted buying a home within the Rocklin area and were pleased with how well Brian knew Placer County. Since we were relocating from Southern California, it was important to make the most of our time. Brian organized showings and had numerous conversations up-front with selling Agents to make sure we had a clear understanding of the home we were interested in. Brian is also the Broker/Owner of Black Oak Realty and it helped in conversations with selling Agents who wanted to differentiate serious buyers. I would recommend working with Brian in every way. He's professional, courteous, empathetic and he works fast!

  Brian was extremely professional and has great knowledge of the real estate market. He was very helpful in identifying what needed to be addressed with our house to make it the most attractive on the market, in its price range. Additionally, Brian is very helpful and provides great customer service. There was not a task that Brian was not willing to help take on. Brian also has great resources and a lot of contacts within the industry to help prepare your house to sell. Brian also gets ahead of the game by doing pre-inspections prior to going to market to identify any potential issues that may come up so you can remedy them ahead of going to market. We could not have sold our house for the value we did if it wasn't for Brian Dane.
