Karen is a stellar realtor. As for qualities you want in a realtor she is fabulous: she is conscientious, a good communicator, knowledgeable in the current market, and very organized. She has a team who helps her provide the best service to her clients. Lacy Krause is her go to person and was very helpful to me. They knew I had a busy schedule and made the selling situation easy for me by arranging all the inspections, as well as meeting the inspectors and contractors who were sprucing up my mother’s property.
What may be different in my situation, is that I wasn’t just flipping a home to make money, but selling my family home of +73 years. As you may imagine, I had a personal interest in the home in making it comfortable and enjoyable as I remembered it for the next owner. Karen understood and made appropriate suggestions for me to achieve what I was comfortable with. Whatever questions and concerns I had, Karen responded quickly. With regards to upgrades, she always provided more than one estimate so that I would receive the best value. She is familiar with local contractors which was a big plus. Her attention to detail and her eye for decorating proved to be most helpful. It is evident that Karen really enjoys her job and her clients are of the upmost importance. I would definitely recommend her for any home real estate needs.
