Can’t speak highly enough of the front office and especially Charlotte, one of the Physical Therapists. She is a magician, very personable, and has a great sense of humor. She would balk at me calling her a magician; she calls it science. But her knowledge and the rapid improvement I saw in my body is amazing. Highly recommend her and this office. All around highly professional staff.
I don't even know where to begin......you struggle with a family member, not knowing where to turn, how and where to begin and then you start the process of looking into the thousands of places out there that MIGHT be the right fit. With all of that being said, this is not my first rodeo with my child. Our first experience was 3 years ago, and it was not good and could not be more day and night to Saddleback Rehabilitation Center. The experience with SRC has been incredible, from the pick-up at the airport to the time our daughter spent with them it was like the heavens had opened up and sent us divine intervention. The staff goes above and beyond to reach out to families and let them know what is happening every step of the way, they spent so much time letting us know what was happening and how she was adjusting to their beautiful and nurturing environment. The staff is very invested in the people who come to them and to the families who sent them there. Life is hard, having a family member you love go through addiction and all that comes with that can leave a family feeling helpless. With SRC I no longer feel helpless, I feel helped and encouraged that my daughter was not JUST ANOTHER client but a person that they sincerely cared about. In the sea of recovery centers I, without hesitation, highly recommend Saddleback Rehabilitation Center to anyone who is struggling with addiction, I am forever grateful to them for their help and for the time and attention they showed our daughter and our family, it's hard to put into words how much this center has helped with the sleepless nights and worries, I feel safe and encouraged that our daughter found the right place to begin her journey to happiness and recovery.
