  Lisa knows her stuff. She helps you understand why certain foods cause different reactions and helps you find ways to live a better, healthier life. She really cares about all of her clients and she lives what she teaches.

  Lisa is a very knowledgeable health coach who has a caring heart and Is a great listener. I looked forward to our weekly appointments. Each session she was able to provide some sort of strategy or tip to help me problem solve for the upcoming week. I highly recommend her if you are stuck and could use a jump start. I have lost 10lbs but more importantly I have implemented self care techniques that allow me to sustain the weight loss. I am a work in progress but I feel confident now with the tools that Lisa gave me!
