  I rented a 15 passenger sprinter van from Bandago last week for the first time ever. I was impressed with the ease in booking. Booked and paid my rental in full in advance, 3 days prior I received an email with a survey which further streamlined my pick up. On the day of, all I was asked for was my driver's license. The rep did a comprehensive walk around the van with me noting any existing damage, confirming miles and gas levels. I then received a text with a link to sign the agreement digitally. The whole thing took 10 mins and I was out of there. I was a bit skeptical reading some of the reviews but I received a brand new sprinter van with 3k miles and spotless clean. I will definitely be renting from Bandago again and I have already recommended them to other touring bands.

  Fast and frriendly service. Nice and clean, new van. Return of the van was a snap. We'll be back.

  I showed up 30 minutes before they opened to get my reservation for a 15-passenger van. Waited politely on the curb while the woman on duty got various vehicles ready, at two minutes before they opened, a guy comes barreling into the lot and parks right in front and stalks into the office.
  I walked inside too after that, afraid he was going to jump my place in line. He walks around looking for staff, yelling, “HELLO???”
  Thankfully the attentive woman said to him, “I’m going to help HIM first (i.e. me) because he’s been waiting for 30 minutes…”

  Quick and painless process. Beautiful vans and the customer service was great. We rented (2) 15 passenger vans and was able to pick them up early to work with our schedule.
  The vans were in perfect condition and drove like a dream.
  We just dropped the cans in their parking lot and put the key in the slot as the office was closed during that part of the day. Quick and easy!

  Just can't say enough good about this company. Rented a van for two weeks, and it broke down in remote Canada a week into the trip. Bandago got us towed back to our lodging, took care of the van repair (new transmission), and even covered the additional costs we incurred due to the extended down time (car rental and an extra night's lodging). Communication throughout was excellent. $H1T happens; the mark of a good company is not how they perform when things go right, but how they respond when things go wrong. These folks took great care of us and I'd have no issues renting from them again in the future.
