The rooms are awesome . Have your own bathroom . Between having two sleep studies at this facility , the staff are incredibly polite and accommodating. Us vets have mixes experiences with the VA ; but the staff here are incredible . Keep doing what y’all are doing
Great service for appointments and walk-ins. They help according to emergency, so sometimes had to wait a little but it was worth it,and they paid attention to my needs. Thanks for all you do and your patience with us.
This new facility is so much better. Faster everything! I had an appointment and found parking with ease. Plenty of handicap accessible parking. It doesn't feel cluttered and dark inside. Nice and bright and CLEAN. The staff(mostly transfers from the main Decatur hospital facility) seem happier. I'm happier. I actually got from the parking lot to my appointment with only one anxiety attack. Wish it would stay this way but I'm sure everyone will flock to the new facility with all the negative energy. Such a shame. It really Is nice.
