  I went to Erie Shore Rehabilitation for my injuries & received excellent 1:1 help. Divya was very patient & helpful. With her guidance I made an good recovery.
  Everyone there were very encouraging towards my recovery. And this helps when you are trying to recover.

  Staff friendly as always…new portal system makes life easier…reminders of appointments and access to videos of exercises.
  Melissa was able to isolate the issue quickly and put me on a program to alleviate the pain…provided a series of exercises to strengthen and stabilize the affected area, along with other ‘sore spots’…as we discussed, my recovery was due to Melissa’s expertise but also me doing the work at home…the two go hand in hand if you want long term positive results.
  Good to know that we have such a well run, excellent rehabilitation business right here in Kingsville.

  I have had the privilege of working with a variety of the Erie Shores staff over the last few years. I have been there for many different reasons ranging from sports injuries on my shoulder, ankles, and most recently my elbow. For my elbow, I worked with Mel who was welcoming and understanding, always working to improve my strength and never failing to stay up to date with how my softball team was doing! She was really enjoyable to work with and extremely helpful restoring my arm strength so that I could play on my team to full capacity.
  Back in 2020 I had a severe ankle injury which I worked with Heather on. After trying to strengthen and get function back, it wasn’t quite healing right. Instead of giving up on me, Heather referred me to a specialist in London where I got the proper surgery I needed. While doing rehab with Heather again after surgery, we had another milestone of my nerves being over sensitive. Heather did extra research for me to find out how she could help me. We finally found a medication and exercises that got me back to myself and functioning the best I had in a long time. Heather’s patience, kindness, understanding, and continuous efforts of never giving up even when I had given up on myself made such a positive impact on my life. Thank you for always staying with me and helping me get back to my life because I couldn’t have done it without you’re help.
  The entire Erie Shores team is definitely the most welcoming, personable, amazing team I have dealt!

  I went to Erie Shores Rehabilitation for pelvic floor physio at the end of 2021 after the birth of my third child. I worked with Heather and she was absolutely amazing! She is so knowledgeable and passionate, she worked with me to find solutions from a full body approach that worked for me and within my hectic "life-with-newborn-and-toddlers" schedule. Very understanding and completely non-judgmental you could really tell she genuinely cared. The facilities were very clean and welcoming and all the staff I met were very friendly and professional.

  As an avid runner, I was dealing with some pain in my lower right leg. Heather is very professional and knowledgeable, the treatments allowing me to compete in the 30km Around the Bay race in Hamilton. I would definitely recommend Erie Shores Rehabilitation for your physiotherapy needs!
