  I lost my key fob and Austin was flexible and responded in a timely manner. He was able to come to my location and program a new key for me in less than ten minutes. I also felt that his pricing was fair. If you find yourself in a similar situation do yourself a favor, call Austin’s Lock and Key!!!

  Recently I had lost my 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander ES car key at my workplace luckily my wife had our spare key yet needed to find a local automotive locksmith to make a replacement spare key. I looked around and found Austin’s Lock & Key which was local to my area plus Austin had good reviews too. So I decided to give Austin’s Lock & Key a try which I was quoted a fair price and service in a timely manner. My experience with Austin’s Lock & Key for the locksmith efforts, communication and punctuation was overall excellent. Austin didn’t quit when there was a problem with his 1st attempt to get the replacement key working, he persisted until he found the solution to the problem and got the replacement car key working properly. Austin has earned my 5stars review and as a repeat customer if I ever I’m in need of a local automotive or locksmith in general. Thanks Austin’s Lock & Key for your help and service*****.

  Thank you SOOOO much Jason from Austin's Lock & Key!!!! Getting this car key has been a headache. So many locksmiths didn't even call me back and the ones that did gave me an outrageous price! I would DEFINITELY recommend this locksmith! Very good prices! Came within a reasonable time! Friendly and most importantly competent!!!

  Jason was prompt (within 20 min) on a Saturday night and courteous. He unlocked our door quickly with no problems. He was very nice and polite. Would highly recommend. Great pricing also.

  Called up and had great customer service. Told them I had new door knobs and need to modify so one key opens all locks . They gave me a quote that was very reasonable and were at my house the same day. He wasted no time and had everything done and cleaned up in an hour . I appreciate great service like that. I will be using them again. Very professional.
