I went to visit Karuna Manor today for mum

I want to thank Hema she was very polite and very helpful

I Met Anand he showed me around was very polite helpful listern to what I had to say very patiently and adviced me accordingly

I really liked the place so much for mum

I pray to God she gets a place there

This place is more like an upscale hotel with carers than a care home. It is impeccably decorated, each patient room has an en suite with well thought out shower with all necessary supports. The beds are comfy, the food is delicious, there's a good ratio of staff to residents, the layout is well designed, and it's very friendly. The place even has a cinema, a small shop, and a beauty salon on the premises, as well as a lovely garden with fish pond. The residents seem healthy and well cared for and the management have been excellent with addressing any needs.

I deliver medication here for boots and all the staff are very nice and its lovely inside

Karuna Manor is a beautiful luxury Asian care home that meets Asian residents cultural and spiritual needs. It is the only Asian care home that has a large temple and yagnashala.
