Staff was friendly & helpful when we arrived at Jacob Health Center. I observed the nurses were very attentive to my aunt’s needs. As visitors, we were given privacy & option to spend time with my aunt on the patio. My mom & I appreciate the wonderful customer service provided to us.

I had a bad accident, compound fracture, other broken bones and injuries. The hospital released me and recommended a habilitation type treatment center. I'm glad I chose Jacobs. Their knowledgeable staff and facilities helped me too be able to return home confidential. I had PT and OT to help me deal with my condition. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. They had many activities to help me pass the time as my body healed and became stronger. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of the services they offer
