  My Peninsula Parks and Recreation Tai Chi class meets on the tennis courts there. The building is being renovated as this is being written.

  Hales Pass Park appears to be just a baseball field and a repurposed historical school building. I was looking for a pickleball court and missed it on the first visit. They are hidden from the rest of the park by a building marked "private property" and somewhat buried in the shadows of the surrounding trees. The pickleball courts are markings on two fairly decent tennis courts. The courts are unlighted. The nets and court surface are in good shape, although submerged under water from recent rains when I visited. The court seems to be tied up on Wednesday mornings with pickleball league play.
