  I never in a million years thought I could handle F45! But I'm here to say that after going from fit and active to plump and lazy over the past two years (...thanks to the pandemic) that if I can tackle these classes and feel amazing afterwards then so can you! I always leave feeling energized. Amazing studio with even more amazing coaches! The coaches are always in a good mood, super motivating (....even to us newbies who are still working on our basic coordination LOL) They always make me feel welcomed and are super helpful if I am struggling to figure out an exercise. They take time during class to offer a modified move I can handle or they help me fix my form for a better experience. Studio is clean and well organized and I love the location! Looking forward to many months of F45!!

  The coaches at this gym are the best! Besides getting great workouts, the coaches are motivating and have taught me so much about nutrition, mindset, how to train, and pushing my endurance. I feel healthier and stronger than ever…I highly recommend!

  What a great way to kick off the new year. If you're looking for a fun, concise, effective work out, F45 is it. The La Costa space is always very clean. The instructors thoroughly demonstrate each work out, check form throughout the class, and push you to keep your strength building. I bought a six month pack and I know I'll want to keep going once that expiration comes up.

  Love this style of fitness and this studio does it best! Worth giving it a week to try different styles of class and trainers & you'll quickly fall in love with the functional fitness & community aspect. This is NOT a CrossFit gym, it is an exceptionally written, & excited full body group exercise class style with awesome trainers, screens to help if you forget what is demo & a timer so you can't cheat yourself out of finishing timed workouts... Even though your trainer wouldn't let you! Great for any level as modifications can be given for all skill types & body needs. OBSESSED!

  I recently joined F45 Poinsettia/La Costa and I couldn’t be more satisfied! The staff is super friendly and helpful. F45 training has challenged me and far outweighed my expectations. In a few short weeks, I’ve noticed endurance, strength and lean muscle. I love that I don’t need to think about what to do with each workout..I just have show up. Jason’s the best! He’s supportive, encouraging and brings the perfect amount of energy and fun to each workout. The coaches ensure you’re doing each exercise correctly to avoid injury and receive the maximum benefits.
