  I went into Fast Fix to get a clasp fixed on a gold chain. I received good advice as to what I should do which should be a replacement. Tina noticed that my 50 year old solitaire setting had a worn prong and the other 5 well on their way to the same fate. She advised that I should repair the prongs. I was given a reasonable price. I was able to wait for the repair. They even polished my wedding band. Needless to say, my ring and band look like new. I could have had a not so good result, losing the diamond, if Tina hadn't noticed. Great customer service and an excellent result. Thank you. I will definitely refer others.

  Everyone was really friendly and the service was fast. I brought four watches in for batteries and one to have the links removed in the bracelet. Done in less than an hour! They even called another store I used to frequent to check to see if my watch battery was under warranty! 10/10 would recommend.

  My father recently passed, and the folks at Fast-Fix repaired and restored his watch. So grateful they made it work and look great again. Very pleased with my experience.

  I had the best experience. I came in needing a battery and looking specifically for a ceramic white band. The team explained they didn’t have one in stock but could order one which would take a few weeks. My watch ended up being completed in three days, new band and all! The team was knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and friendly. Highly recommend Fast-fix.

  I took a beautiful gold necklace in to have the clasp either repaired or replaced. If I hadn't been in a rush, I would have gladly come back for it, but Nathan (and Ken?) said they would get it done if I could wait about 15 minutes. They did a wonderful job. Cleaned the necklace for me too. It's even more beautiful now!! Thank you - I've been here a few times. Great customer service and workmanship. I'll keep coming back.
