I have heard others complain about it, but I don't understand why. Yes, they have to know your business, keep up to date with everything about your income, inspect your apartment once a year, and have rules. What is the problem? They paying for part of your home!! Give them anything they need!!
Anyway, I've have a wonderful experience with any staff I've dealt with. Be polite, be grateful, be open. If you do that, it will all work out. 😀
