  Soulful yoga studio inside a gorgeous historic barn. All the teachers have high level training. I’ve enjoyed classes during many different life stages- cross training for a marathon, pre and post natal, and as part of a healthy lifestyle. I especially enjoyed attending while I was pregnant because the instructors were so great about keeping me safely active to my best ability, which was something that did not compare anywhere else. My baby is now almost one year old and smiles whenever he hears Tricia or Kim.
  
  I love the donation based model because it is so easy to invite a friend to practice. No need to navigate downloading a new app or sign up in MINDBODY. Just show up for class!

  Love this place! I attend the Restorative Yoga when I can. Tricia is caring and open, always willing to adapt the session to the needs of her clients. Each session is encouraged with words or thoughts to think about during our time together, and to allow for stress reduction and the embracing of peace. The donation based aspect works well with my budget, and is great for those looking to get the benefits of yoga at the price they can afford!

  I have been taking classes with Tricia since she opened Zen's Den a year ago. She and Kim are fantastic instructors who make everyone - from beginner to advanced - feel welcome and comfortable. Whether it's a relaxing and re-energizing restorative yoga or an all-levels flow class, you are sure to find a practice that is perfect for you at Zen's Den.

  Zen Den Yoga has taught me not to be afraid of yoga. The classes are stress free and we'll directed. My 11 year old loves going and has learned so much. After just a few classes, I can already see how much she is falling in love with yoga and how much she has picked up. The instructors are so amazing! Highly recommend to anyone looking to better themselves stress free!

  I have taken a few classes with Trish and have loved every single one! She does an amazing job of ensuring students are comfortable and reaching their full potential. Last night I went to a new class, Thai yoga and have never experienced anything like it. She assisted me into deeper poses which I honestly never thought my body could do! I left the class feeling energized and slept like a baby that night.
  
  The donation based model is a great idea and ensures yoga is accessible for everyone. Trish's passion, intuition and warmth make her classes special. I will certainly be returning to practice again!
