  I was with Bridget for my persistent shoulder pain. Reaching out to Physical Therapy First and having Bridget as my PT was the best thing that has happened to me. She was very patient to listen to my pain points and work on them very diligently during every appt. She suggested some home exercises that helped me to recover from my shoulder pain quickly. I would highly recommend her and will certainly visit her again for any of my future PT needs.

  After having my rotator cuff/shoulder surgery, I worked with both Tyler and Mark on my recovery at Physical Therapy First in Clarksville, MD. Both men were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in their field. Along the many weeks of rehab, they provided me with a lot of information so that I fully understood what to expect with the ongoing and upcoming therapy. They worked together as a team so that therapy was cohesive and my progress was continuous. Working with two therapists gave diversity of thought to my regimen but also provided a lot more flexibility in my appointment schedule. My overall course of therapy ran ahead of the expected timeline and I couldn't be more please with the results. I am back to regular workout routines and fully expect to reach full strength and flexibility in the next month or so. I whole heartedly recommend Physical Therapy First as well as both therapists Tyler and Mark!

  Dr. Bridget Collier is absolutely awesome. She is very nice, professional and comprehensive. She clearly identifies where you are having challenges, comes up with a plan of action, explains why it is the preferred course of treatment, solicits your input and then implements. Additionally, the entire Physical Therapy First team is friendly, competent and accessible. You can easily get them on the phone to ask questions and set appointments that meets your scheduling needs. Highly recommend Dr. Bridget Collier and the the entire Physical Therapy First team.

  PT was doctor-recommended to me for lower back and neck pain. I chose Physical Therapy First after reading some reviews and it was one of the best decisions I have made. The entire staff, including reception perrsonnel. were very pleasant and I always felt they were glad to see me. Tyler T. , my PT was fantastic. He's highly knowledgeable and despite his youthful appearance he has a wide range of educational and practical experiences. He thoroughly explained the purpose of each treatment he applied and the results have been amazing. My level of pain has been reduced dramatically and no long interferes with my daily life. Physical Therapy First has my heartiest endorsement.

  Physical Therapy First has been our first choice for physical therapy for several years. This past year I had Bridget Collier two different times for two different surgery recovery sessions. Bridget is knowledgeable, kind, patient, but still encourages a very good workout. People are still commenting on how quickley I recovered. I would highly recommend Bridget if you need physical therapy for any reason.
